If your problems are parking tickets and payday loans, you do not need to file bankruptcy. You just need to make some tough decisions and buckle down. They just make bankruptcy seem so easy. I'm not saying bankruptcy is evil - but it should be kept as a last resort, not touted as some amazing cure-all!
