The problem is because people don't bother asking questions, they are afraid to look "stupid"

This is how some people will just blindly follow.<br

If your problems are parking tickets and payday loans, you do not need to file bankruptcy. You just need to make some tough decisions and buckle down. They just make bankruptcy seem so easy. Almost like everyone is doing it.

@Jason – You’re right, it isn’t a cure-all. I'm not saying bankruptcy is evil - but it should be kept as a last resort, not touted as some amazing cure-all!

I don’t think my comments are suitable for printing on this site <img

*We* may know better, but plenty of contributions to the financial freedom of those involved in the bankruptcy system come from those who would consider that sign valid. I wonder how someone who qualifies for bankruptcy justifies lining the pockets of the lawyer and the system.

“Since when do we think financial freedom comes from bankruptcy?”

*We* may know better, but plenty of contributions to the financial freedom of those involved in the bankruptcy system come from those who would consider that sign valid. (In very small print - what a lame idea - it's just another way to someone to prey on financially troubled people to make money themselves.)

Sounds great!
